Positives: comfortable bed, clean bathroom and linens, staff helpful, apples/oranges and yogurt for “to go” breakfast, good price Areas for improvement: carpet was stained in a number of places, property could use some maintenance, a large vehicle was parked at the entrance porte-cockerel most of the time we were there. Having a place to drop off guests in the rain would have been helpful.

Parking was super easy and the staff were incredibly nice! The cleanliness of the room wasn't the worst I've ever experienced but definitely felt like it could have been cleaned better.

Maybe what you expect is relevant to what you pay. Room had desk but no chair. Lazy boy type of chair that we’ll most would not sit in. Some lights worked where others would not. Plus side there was hot water.

This hotel was worse than the photos. It had a musty/dirty smell. As I walked to my room a very large dog was in another room and barked aggressively every time you walked past. The people in the room across the hallway sounded as if they were having a domestic dispute. The yelling and screaming could be heard from my room. When I walked into the room it appeared to be clean but the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I ever sat on. I immediately left and found another hotel that was more suitable.

When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot.

If I could give no stars I would. Let me start this off by saying… if you want to be treated horribly and that you are stupid and don’t deserve to be treated like a human being then absolutely stay here. If you want to keep your sanity and be treated respectfully then go somewhere else. I was gonna stay for three nights… I left after night one, they also refused to refund my stay. I recommend staying at the Wingate by Wyndham Great Falls, close to same price and you will get treated with respect!

Room was clean but dated, Shower curtain had stains on it. Room was comfortable but chilly, there was a draft coming from the window. But the heater did its job. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Good clean and cheap hotel for a night or two. Bed was really comfortable and the room was a little dated but generally clean. For the price I would stay again.
