Small but got everything you need. The 2 twin size beds for 4 people is tight, wish the beds are full size instead. Many restaurants, a 2 story supermarket, convenient stores near by, subway station is 10 minutes walk. Customer service is always great.

The one bedroom suite was clean but the extra beds were thin and poor quality for teen boys. The towels, bedding and especially the pillows were below average- thin/ cheap. When I asked for more pillows they did not have enough. Check out at 10:00 am also not up to the standard of most hotels. The front desk staff was nice but had no knowledge or recommendations for restaurants etc. If you are looking for a basic stay it’s fine and clean & a good location.

"Fine place to stay, very convenient. I don't like that each tattoo patch is 500 yen - it's fine that you don't allow tattoos in the hotel onsen, but you should charge those patches at cost / without a profit as it's annoying to have to put them on anyways."
