"Clean room, (but we never had any staff clean our room I don’t know if that was on us or them). The staff were all really nice down from the bartender to the receptionist. There was coffee and tea in the hotel room, along with plenty of towels (even more upon request). Overall the hotel was very relaxing and peaceful. The only bad thing is that there are a good amount of homeless people lingering around especially at night and there’s barely any street parking (valet and overnight parking is expensive). Walking around to restaurants and stores nearby was also really nice and accessible. "

"We had a little shock at check in, valet parking was $65.00, I had seen $12.00. We were offered a alternative option for $35.00. I then checked for handicapp discounts and were told we could park on the street for free. We were right across the street from the hot."

"I had an outstanding stay at this hotel and happily give it five out of five stars. Everything was excellent—from the free morning breakfast to the overall cleanliness and well-maintained rooms. My family absolutely loved the pool, and I personally enjoyed spending time in the gym, which was clean and well-equipped. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and I appreciated the fresh brewed coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. The location is also a major plus. You’re right in the heart of Portland’s vibrant Pearl District. There’s an amazing convenience store directly across the street that sells all kinds of food, beverages (including alcoholic ones), and even has a fresh food counter with baked goods and hot meals. When you step out of the hotel, you’re just a short walk from the most hustling, bustling part of the Pearl District, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. A major highlight is the on-site restaurant, Ginza, known for its delicious Asian fusion cuisine. You can walk straight into it from the hotel lobby, which is incredibly convenient. The rooftop sitting area is another fantastic touch—great for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful facility with top-notch amenities, a perfect location, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!"
