「令人滿意」

「In an attempt to avoid travelling in the heat, we arrived very early. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to provide drinks. We decided to stay for lunch and were not disappointed with the food. Steaks being cooked to perfection, with desserts of sticky toffee pudding and brownie being to die for! When we did get to go to our room, we found it more than adequate, very clean and tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge to store our own goodies. There was ample wardrobe space...

「We stayed here as close to Bletchley Park. We checked in late - 11pm! Were we were greeted at reception with a friendly smile, given information we needed about breakfast and our room key. The room was clean, tidy and the bed comfy. Breakfast the next morning was self service lots of options and presented and cooked well. We did think maybe some background music in the room would have been pleasant as there was only us and another family. Check out again greeted by a friendly smile and...

「Nice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments we’ve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, there’s no lift. Room was ok, though a ‘standard’ double, not a queen / king. There’s no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. 」

「A very comfortable experience with very nice service, and clean rooms all around. We requested for a sofa bed in the room but it wasn’t made at the time of arrival; fortunately the staff quickly made one for us.」

「My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley. Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff! We cannot thank you all enough for how welcome and comfortable you made us feel! We've already rebooked for my birthday in December 😊」

「Regular visitor. Always clean, friendly staff, lovely rooms and great food. Only minor criticism would be that there is typically only one staff member on breakfast/check-out which can mean a few minutes waiting, but other than that, an excellent place to stay !」
