"The Copal is the kind of place that reminds you why you came to Tulum in the first place. Surrounded by jungle, it feels wonderfully close to nature while still being within easy reach of everything. The area is quiet, peaceful, safe, and very walkable. Our room with the rooftop plunge pool was absolutely fantastic. Visiting in July, when the beaches were covered in sargassum, having our own private oasis made all the difference. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were genuinely friendly and always happy to recommend local restaurants and attractions. The on-site bike rentals were another highlight—they’re the perfect way to explore Tulum at your own pace. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay that feels authentic rather than overproduced, Copal delivers."

"Very nice place. Great staff, pretty good food and drinks. Was a little bummed we weren’t able to go into the ocean due to the sargassum problem, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Ac in the room wasn’t the best, and we did have a few critter’s in the room, but… we are surrounded by water and trees so it was somewhat expected. Other than that, everything was great!"

"An absolutely beautiful jungle oasis! Would definitely come back here again. The staff was so nice and helpful and checked in daily and assisted with any of our needs. Also in a great location if you’re looking to be near the “tulum strip” but also not too far from the city if you want to take transportation to do other things."

"Our stay at Coco Unlimited was beyond amazing. We booked the Master Suite, and it was everything we could have imagined. Spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating all our needs from airport transfers to exploring the area. With just a little notice, they arranged everything seamlessly, including birthday decorations & even providing a woman driver so we always felt safe. The location was ideal, walking distance to great spots like Toxic and Ilios, and the complimentary breakfast was such a treat. The highlight? They allowed us to extend our stay last minute, which made our trip even more special. The only downsides were the internet going out during heavy rain and the seaweed preventing us from swimming in the ocean. But honestly, those were minor compared to everything else. Coco Unlimited truly made us feel cared for, and when we return, we’ll definitely book with them again. 🌴✨"

"We went here to celebrate a family members anniversary this past Valentine’s Day weekend. What a great experience this was! From the moment we checked in and were offered fresh cold cocktails to all the points in between. The staff and their attentiveness was amazing. The food was great, the bars were great, the activities were fun, and the location was beautiful. Definitely a great vacation at a great price and we would definitely visit here again. Forgot to mention everything was included… yes everything."

In fact, it often felt like we had the entire place to ourselves—a rare and luxurious experience that made our stay feel entirely exclusive. The Highlights of Our Stay World-Class Hospitality: The staff here are truly amazing. Every single team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and deeply committed to making our time excellent. Their warmth and hospitality elevated the entire trip. The Spa (A Absolute Must!): Do not skip the spa services! The spa is an architectural and wellness masterpiece. Booking a treatment here is a non-negotiable part of the experience if you want to lean into full relaxation. Delicious, Intentional Dining: The culinary experience was fantastic. Every meal felt thoughtful and high-quality, with food that genuinely tasted like it was prepared with love. "Everything was beautiful! Staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. This hotel is inside a National Park so you'll need wristbands daily (don't forget!). You'll pay once when you arrive, only $7 USD. A LOT of wildlife as the hotel is built around the park but still beautiful, small and cozy! Food was great too!"
