「I throughly enjoyed my stay at Bacab Tulum! I was greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival & check in was smooth & easy. The staff asked questions regarding my stay, & made my birthday so special by singing me happy birthday & giving me a cake! Any requests were handled easily. Room was straightened daily & the staff was so warm. Thank you for making my trip safe & special! 」
