We knew the elevator was broken when we booked the room, when we arrived the window shade in our room was broken, they did come fix that, but the real deal breaker was the COLD WATER!!! I had booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had cold water, not much fun getting ready for a wedding with cold showers!!! 「This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. I was pretty much going to ignore that because you can't beat the room price, and everything else was acceptable. I happened to walk by the front desk, and the attendant asked...
