「Place resembles a drug den. Dark and poorly lit inside. Rooms are small and dark. I checked out as soon after I saw the interior. I will not pay for this place」

「Arrived to discover safety and other issues in our room. Checked on changing rooms but were told all similar rooms had the same safety issue. Also, upholstered chair arms were filthy and torn in one place. It looked like property might be located in a questionable part of town, and the last straw was that the breakfast drink dispenser had an "out of order" sign on it. With all of that, we decided to find another place to stay. There was also a $100 "damage deposit" required on check-in because...

「Parking was easy and the restaurant/bar being right there was very nice. Excellent coffee shop within easy walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful.」

「The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.」

No covered parking options (they do have a gated lot that you have to pay for), we got no sleep because of the wind blowing through AC units “whistling” all night on an adjacent roof right outside my window (this was very loud and never stopped), weird shower door that is open on half with no ability to close so water got everywhere, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling but there was no way to actually use it as none of the wall switches turned it on, in...

「The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable plus well taken of. My parents and my child enjoyed the amenities especially the pool. We would definitely come and visit this facility again when we are in town.」
