"The elevator was out of order ( and has been for months). I called ahead and requested a room on the second floor. When I arrived, they had no idea what I was talking about. There was no cold water available in the shower- only hot. One had to be very careful not to get burned."

"Clean room with excellent housekeeping duties. Super friendly front desk staff. Close to the BOK arena. Only thing missing is someplace to eat. In lieu of a full service restaurant, it would have been nice to have a continental breakfast instead of $5 muffins and scones."

"I have Mixed feelings about this property. Everything was clean and spacious. ,however the concrete floors are a bit much for my liking! Looks like they pulled up carpet and just left what was underneath exposed! Ladies bring slippers or socks for your feet!"
