The staff were very personable and friendly. The elevator was broken. The hotel definitely needs some attention. But if you’re just looking for a place to put your head and take a shower, then it’s OK. It would’ve been a lot worse if the staff was not so friendly.

The Elevator was removed and shipped to Texas six weeks for repair. We arrived at 9:00 pm to check in. She said the only room available was on the fourth floor and no elevator. I am a 84 year old veteran with my 78 year old wife. We were to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. In case of fire I guess we would burn up trying to get out. I can’t believe they can stay open! Holiday Inn should close them down immediately!

This place is a dump but then again it’s in the middle of nowhere, mmercah. Elevator was broken, had to pull my heavy gear all the way up to the third floor. The gym was dirty and most equipment was out of order, other than the Pilates ball. Staff is rude, and useless. Breakfast was beneath any standard of food quality. Brown apples and bananas, and as for the rest, no need to comment. Just terrible!!

We had 2 shampoos and no body wash in our shower. Since our last stay coffee is no longer available in the room. But there were signs to ask if you wanted one. I did, got up the next morning and it didn't work!! AND the elevator wasn't working, which we knew in advance. Luckily got to stay on 2nd floor which wasn't too bad.

They sent an email the day of arrival that their elevator was down but being fixed. Truthfully they have been doin repairs for a year! Our room was fair, mold in the shower, scuffed walls. Our other room (for a family member) was dirty, 1/2 of a crappy piece of curtain. Lame! They gave us a discount on that room but nothing on our other room. And we had to climb stairs . I’m cancelling my VIP IHG membership. The front desk staff weee so kind and helpful, but Don’t stay here!

This was a really nice place even under construction for a remodel. The staff was fantastic. She was super helpful in getting us a room and was always friendly even though she was yelled at by someone else for something out of her control. Breakfast had several options and a really cool pancake maker. I would stay there again.
