「Staff help you promptly, was greeted right away and was checked in to my room within 5 mins of arriving. 「The staff were great. The food at the restaurant was great. This is my 3rd time at Tappattoo in 12 years. It’s a really nice place to stay and relax. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. Just a thought; put some signs up near the beach/grass area stating, Please do not disturb the geese and goslings. I witnessed a grown man chasing and harassing the geese and goslings.」

I love a nice independently run, mid-size hotel that offers a higher level of care and service than its name-brand counterparts (Best Western, Comfort Inn, etc.) The rooms are spacious, clean, and well laid out. The bathroom towels are MUCH softer than your typical hotel towels. They have large soap bottles (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in the shower for you to use. 「The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid.」

「Our stay was good, but I would have liked to know ahead of time that there was construction on the front facade and the front parking lot was closed to guests and parking was limited. Also some indication as to where to enter would have been helpful. The staff was GREAT. Out room was small, the bathroom sink was leaking and we had to get all new hand towels as they were soaked and we put the recycling bin under to catch the water for the remainder of our stay, the bathroom door did not close...

「The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show. Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. 」
