「The highlights: Communication by the property manager was excellent. I was able to contact the landlord directly via text and that was very helpful. Instructions were very clear. The location felt safe despite being above a bar, which made it feel safer since there are people in the area keeping an eye on everything. You need to pass through three coded doors to get to your room. There's plenty of parking on the street like the manager states. The room was incredibly neat and clean and felt new....

「We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf bij The Three Ducks. De kamer was ruim, stijlvol en supercomfortabel – echt een plek om tot rust te komen. De omgeving is zalig rustig en straalt pure luxe uit. Er zijn wel een paar kleine dingen die het verblijf nog net iets vlotter hadden gemaakt. 「The property was beautiful! The view was beautiful! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that would make it better would be some sort of convenience shop for forgotten essentials. For example medications.. toiletries etc.. my son ate something that disagreed with him and we could not get him a simple Tums to make him feel better. A hotel of this size normally has at least a small area to purchase these items. 」

「This was our third time staying here. The rooms are clean, the property is quiet, and the view is tranquil. The only way they could be better is getting more partnerships with local businesses and advertising them to guests before their stay (e.g. an email digest) to help guide those who book early.」

「We loved our stay. It’s like a motel turned eco friendly resort. We had an upper corner room, which afforded us unobstructed views and privacy. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious—except for the bathroom. The bathroom needs vanity space! While the charm of this place is partly due to its being vintage, if I’m spending $800 a night I want a modern, spacious bathroom. 」
