Hotel complaints
Extra unknown/ non-disclosed charges- 13 arrival and 15 checkout
**there are more charges than shown in Expedia
Rooms not matching pictures (told to have an ocean view when not the case)
Some ice on road/ sidewalk (seen someone slip)
Disappointing “continental” breakfast
Parking lot was full we had no parking even though we were paying a parking fee to park at the hotel
**they don’t do anything about people not staying at the hotel taking up parking spots and seem to be aware of non tenants taking spots
Broken ice machines
“Conjoined rooms upon request” all the rooms in our building were conjoined but also wasn’t mentioned we’d be in a conjoined room
We had to take time out of our Valentine’s plans to either get issues corrected or because of issues from hotel
When switched rooms because of TV not having full functions/working. New room missing mini fridge that the previous room had (uncertain if we were put in lower tier room as other amenities were missing or less of)
**were told that the transfer of rooms wouldn’t cost us any extra charge as they are the “same” tiers of room and no charges will be against us
There is more and the attitude of the staff was not great. I will be contacting for more.
