Room was clean but worn, location and ambience is good, service lackluster and slow. Employees seemed untrained and were untimely in all requests. It took 45 minutes to get breakfast order taken and had to go to the front desk and ask a manager to finally get a server. Concierge was late to their shift by 20 minutes delaying all guests that were waiting.

Lovely hotel a short drive from Montauk. Front desk were friendly. We took the 45 min free boat ride with Captain Jack and he was excellent- very informative and personable. Highlight of the stay. The restaurant was excellent as well. The angry lobster was one of the best dishes! Very clean and well appointed rooms. Great view of the water. Only advice would be to have someone servicing the beach area for towels and more space around the adult pool. Lady in the gift shop was not friendly and very rude but the store was well curated. Luggage bellman was very friendly as well

Amazing stay; they accommodated early checkin for us. We were able to use bikes on the property and the food at Ocean Club restaurant was really good. Both indoor and outdoor pools were open on May 10th. Will definitely return back.
