「It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊」

「Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.」

We stayed in the Element for 3 nights, seeking for some relaxation and the hotel didn't disappoint me! We went swimming in the pool and visited the gym room almost everyday! A variety of equipment are provided, eg. dumpbell, TRX row, yoga mat, you name it! We love the gym room. They also provide free shuttle bus service to Ao...

「Charming little boutique hotel off the beaten track. The staff are so attentive and with the small number of rooms you really feel like you’re staying with a wonderful family. The food was also exceptional and reasonably priced. We struggled to get around a little as we don’t drive and didn’t want to rent scooters, but we were perfectly happy just exploring the local area and enjoying the wonderful setting of the hotel. Would highly recommend. 」

Not our top pick—twice the price of nearby spots, and you can easily feast better at some of the restaurants within walking distance.
