「Charming little boutique hotel off the beaten track. The staff are so attentive and with the small number of rooms you really feel like you’re staying with a wonderful family. The food was also exceptional and reasonably priced. We struggled to get around a little as we don’t drive and didn’t want to rent scooters, but we were perfectly happy just exploring the local area and enjoying the wonderful setting of the hotel. Would highly recommend. 」

「It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. 「Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.」

「Anawa Krabi is every bit as tranquil as expected. We have been in Krabi several times, during our stay with Anawa we were just looking forward to some down time and quiet luxury, and the resort didn't disappoint. The reception communal area is striking with the water feature, our villa with individual pool is thoughtful constructed and tastefully decorated. 「The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The staff were all fantastic…always so friendly and helpful. The hotel has several pools that get cleaned daily. They made up our room and provided water, coffee, creamer and sugar daily. They can also help you rent a scooter, delivered to the hotel. The only thing I could suggest is that they have their fitness room equipment serviced and perhaps add a few more sets of dumbbells.」

「Well a bumpy start but this was fixed rapidly buy the young girl on reception. The morning buffet with egg station was better than most hotels and had a resonable selection. I advise the duluxe larger rooms over the villas as they are a little dated and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. The staff where exceptional.」
