"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. "Staff was amazing. They really were exceptional from any angle you look at it. They were the best part of the experience. The scenic views and stellar beaches were great too. Food was high quality, kayaking was a blast. I love Krabi and I've been there a few times, but this time was truly a unique experience, largely due to the staff and the hotel. I hope they're getting paid well because they're definitely doing their jobs well."
