「Good experience in the hotel. The receptionist is very nice and helpful」

「Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice.」

「Hotel eccellente in posizione fantastica nella piazza principale di Cracovia. La hall piccola non dà l'idea dei numerosi vantaggi. Le attrazioni principali raggiungibili a piedi. Colazione ricca con prevalenza di cibi salati e possibilità di avere anche crepes, uova strapazzate e bacon cucinati al momento. 「Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful.」

「We booked five rooms for eight nights at Hotel Szafran for our group of ten. We were very pleased with the rooms - plenty of space and quite comfortable and clean. Although there wasn't a/c in our rooms, the standing fans helped a lot. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect as there was a shopping center next door, and we could easily find supplies for our service project. 「It is the best and the only 5 stars hotel in katowice city. Staff were very helpful. Only take 3 minutes to Mariacka street and 5 minutes to train station by walking. Their facilities are perfect, even has heated floor in bathroom. Would recommend to stay here if you have enough budget.」
