「Our villa was clean, bed was comfortable and it had a nice back patio. We were in room 402 and unfortunately a male guest in 401 suffers from in treated sleep apnea. He began a loud vibratory snoring that only stopped when he stopped breathing (apnea). It was awful for us to attempt to relax and fall asleep. We eventually found some ear plugs (hate wearing) and ran a white noise on our phone all night in order to rest.😞 We loved our breakfast at the onsite restaurant, We highly recommend the...

「Room was incorrect and not what we booked .. wrong bed selection 」

「We had to pay daily for beach chairs and on top of that pay a daily Expedia fee - both of which were not disclosed in the booking and quite expensive and frustrating 」

「The resort grounds are beautiful, and clean. The room was very small and bathroom somewhat outdated. The pool and beach were beautiful, however very high cost with lots of hidden fees .a resort fee or $50 daily on top of the already expensive stay. Also charged me $35 a day to park my car which I find ridiculous with all the other expenses of this places I personally would not stay here again.」

「The property is on the expensive side and the room conditions did not reflect the price. The hotels rooms could use updating and amenities to reflect the cost. The maintenance staff on the property worked tirelessly to ensure the property and beach looked nice. There was considerable effort that business/corporate events went well at the expense of paying guests. 」
