「The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.」

「Love the location, shops, dining and the hotel has a great energy. Two things I have told them many time about during my previous visits. The master light switches and the power conserve timers are a real issue. The light doesn’t sync correctly and you’re always having to go to the main switch at front door. Secondly the TVs are not smart tvs with no access to apps and there is no way to stream to the tv or mirror. I’m not the only one saying this, the front desk has hear it before. Hyde...
