"The Staff are amazing. It's a Family owned and operated business. Their pride of ownership shows in every aspect of the hotel. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained. The rooms are updated and modernized with a nice size refrigerator and a powerful microwave. Easy access to the rooms and the pool. Great selection in the vending machines with prices lower than most vending machines. The breakfast buffet is the icing on the cake. If you have to stay in Zephyrhills, this is the place you want to stay."

"Bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. Lights over bed did not work and plastic cover was hanging loose"

"This hotel is just old and smells musty. It was clean enough, but there were potato chip crumbs under the bed that weren't vacuumed up and that made me question how clean our room was. Bed was comfortable but sheets not very soft. Our shower curtain rod seemed like it was going to fall out of the wall and we were paranoid that it would fall out if we touched the curtain; we were worried that they would make us pay for it, saying it was our fault. The guy checking us in at night was somewhat uptight, which he might need to be because some people abuse the hotel, but we just thought it was so odd how he went on and on about how we would have to pay for "incidentals" and then we went to the room and found the shower curtain like that. Just made us comically paranoid. Anyway, air con and TV worked fine, and had decent basics for breakfast, so we were fine. Just old and musty."

"We checked in around 6,:30 pm. With front desk. At 12:22 am our door opened up, good thing we had the safey thing on. I yelled what do you think your doing? A few minutes later ,the front desk clerk was pounding on our door wanting to know who was in there. Ray and i were both w very upset at this point. We told them the Warners. She started apologizing, and they left. The next morning i went to tje front desk to find out what was happening in the middle of the night. We were told it was never placed in the computer we checked in. There was a gentleman that needed to change rooms.so they gave him our room. We paid for it online, how can they give our room away.I told her she was lucky, my husband carries . It was very unprofessional , The hotel was great other than that."
