「Upon arrival the front desk staff was so nice. We were given a room and it was filthy. It looked like all they did was make the bed without washing the covers which was covered in stains. All of the furniture had sticky spots and debris and the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in months. When I went down, I was given another room no questions asked and the clerk was so apologetic (I didn't get his name which is so not like me because I love giving Kudos) . 「Please do not stay here. Roaches were found on the bed. Unknown stains were found on the lampshade. The bathroom was dirty. It’s also non-refundable if you book through expedia. The area doesn’t seem all that safe and it seems like you get no privacy since people can just walk up to your door. Scratches, dents, and stains on the wall. The staff is already aware of the nastiness of the rooms but still allows people to stay in the rooms. Multiple stains were found on multiple sheets on my bed. We...

「Great staff, they assisted me and my family members without hesitation. The staff made it as stress free as possible. It was twelve of us with kids in our group. The rooms were cleaned and well stocked. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would personally like to thank them for a wonderful experience. My personal recommendation is if you are looking for a place that feels like home this is the place. 」

「The location is great, convenient to Walmart and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, and both stays have been peaceful and quiet. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at personally in the Augusta area. Will definitely be back! 」

「The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again.」
