We had an extra day in Columbia after going to the Congaree National Park. We found the Saturday morning farmers market. It was wonderful, lots of vendors & everyone was so friendly. That night we went to a Fireflies baseball game. That was so fun!

A gem of a little SC city with a lot going on. We were lucky enough to visit during the spring Jazz fest which was very entertaining! Check the Bang Back Pinball Lounge for some old school fun and good beverage and dining selections.

Columbia is a great city. Love all the artwork around the city, traffic is light and city is easy to navigate. Cute shops and all over the city and there are a few great neighborhoods/shopping areas to enjoy.

We loved walking around the USC campus. On Saturday, we went to the Soda Street Market downtown and loved walking around the booths, vendors, etc.

Do go downtown and visit the riverwalk and the South Carolina Science Museum. Well worth the trip. California Dreaming was the most reasonable sit down eating experience with excellent food.
