Grand Beach Resort Hotel
The property was clean and staff was very helpful. Pool was clean and warm. The room did not seem to be vacuumed but clean other then that. The shower head was terrible. Good pressure but sprayed in multiple directions. Breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious.

Grand Traverse Resort And Spa
The staff the amenities, the restaurants the spa were amazing. Our room was a little to be desired. The table was dirty. And the furniture was pretty banged up.
