"When we had a problem with our tv and sink, they moved us to another room. They solved that problem quickly, which we appreciated. To reach the front desk was difficult. No phone in the room and a robotic app answered the phone but couldn’t help with anything. That was very annoying. The location was good. The rooms were super quiet. Breakfast was good. Get rid of the robot app and all will be well."

One of the hotel’s standout features is its multiple entrances and exits, which provide easy access to different parts of Munich and make getting around the city much more convenient. "Great location. Only a few blocks from the tourist areas so a very easy walk. The staff was very helpful too as they gave us a map and helped us get our bearings. It rained while we were in Munich but the hotel had umbrellas that we could borrow which was awesome!
