Great check-in, lovey room. Was worried what the room might look like because the photos seemed a bit dated, but couldn’t have been more wrong. The room was modern, clean with lots of nice touches like coffee, water, slippers, shaving kit. Very lovely stay

Great hotel in Munich for our family of four! (Wife, + 2 Teenagers) We were impressed with friendliness of staff and cleanliness of rooms. Very much enjoyed our two days at Hotel Bayers. Location next train station and downtown is unbeatable. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Munich by train.

Too noisy for me. I realized after spending some time in the room that I would not be able to sleep at night. I heard crowd noises outside and the street cars/trams run regularly about every 60 seconds right outside the windows. It is the main tram route from the train station. I repacked and moved to a hotel around the corner, which was much much nicer and better.
