「It was a lovely experience. The hotel was fully booked so check in was a bit delayed and we had to sit at the cafe for our rooms to get sorted but the staff were very helpful and attentive. I’d go again」

「We were a group of travellers with children and one single person (I was the single person, and my friends travelled with their three kids) — booking 3 rooms. The couple and I reserved separately, though we both booked on Expedia, therefore read the description very carefully before making our choice, because we were there for less than 24h. We booked the hotel because of the mention of a 24h airport shuttle — there’s no such thing — you must order a taxi from the hotel, who will overcharge you...

「The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)」

The rooms were amazing and they give us treat every night when we come back and the location is great as well. For the price you will pay you will get services and treatment and well room as if its 5 star hotel.」
