The staff are without exception fantastic and couldn’t do more to make sure your stay is exactly what you want it to be. "Just been here for 5 days, loved the hotel and its location in the medina, it’s right next to a taxi pick up point for any day trips which is extremely useful!! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Only a small thing that sort of went wrong not sure if it was usual or not but for about 2 days our electricity kept cutting out in our room every 20 mins or so which meant the air con would too. It came back on pretty quickly and this did get fixed but was quite annoying. Apart from that it was a lovely stay in a very pretty hotel. Would recommend ☺️"

"An incredible hotel. Truly one of a kind. La Mamounia is on another level. The service is incredible, but what impressed me even more is the attention to detail everywhere you look. The rooms are beautifully decorated, every space feels special, and even just walking around the hotel and the gardens is an experience by itself. I used the gym, had dinner at Le Marocain, spent time exploring the property, and everything was consistently excellent. The staff makes you feel taken care of without being intrusive, and the level of detail in the design, the service, and the overall experience is really impressive. It’s not just a luxury hotel. It has character, history and a very strong sense of place. You really feel that you are in Marrakech. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had."

"The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room. We were quickly accommodated, but we were not really able to get far enough away from the constant pounding bass sound. We decided to take advantage of the small pool in front, where we found some peace and quiet and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool. Later we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, again the staff are so very accommodating. The sweet receptionist organized a nice excursion to the Ourika valley the following day. We really enjoyed our breakfasts with the wonderful chef Hosmi and our friendly waiter Teoufiq. We had an early departure at 8am, but Hosmi happily made us coffee, and was very sad he could not make us breakfast before we had to go! And I wish we would have taken his suggestion to ask our driver to wait 10 minutes! This kind of hospitality is rarely found anywhere. We truly appreciated everyone’s sincere efforts to make our stay memorable. Bravo!"

"The room was clean, staff was very friendly & accommodating. The hotel was a beautiful traditional Moroccan Riad, which was just what I was looking for. It was very close to the airport and just a quick 10-15 minute ride to the local attractions. They recommended a camel ride/day excursion, which was excellent, highly recommend. I would like to thank everyone there for welcoming me and making my trip pleasurable."
