"Rooms were not clean, dead bugs everywhere and a terrible smell. We made several complains but staff didn’t care at all. Everything is outdated and needs a renovation. Staff of restaurant was friendly. If you want to stay in Marrakech please book another hotel if you want to enjoy and not want to worry about those things!"

House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. "Breakfast was more delicious than I expected. The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting. Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good. Recommended if you want to have a desert experience! "
