"We booked for the family to experience the desert and a camel ride. The booking team arranged transport and camels for us. The overall service was excellent, Mohammed was very attentive and accomodating. The tent whilst 'hot'! Was very comfortable. The only issue was we unfortunately we had trouble with the shower and toilet. However, arrangements were made during the stay and the booking team were responsive and took remdeial action. What more can you ask for!"

"The villa is beautiful, well equipped and spacious, with some lovely traditional design and decor features. After visits to nearby sites around Ourika, the villa pool offered a welcoming cool down from the heat. The kids enjoyed splashing around in the pool, while the adults were able to fully relax in our home away from home. "It was lovely to revisit Riad Atlas 4 Seasons and to meet once again the brilliant family who have created such a special place. The room was cosy and traditional with a spacious seating area outside. The terrace has the most stunning views; breakfast and dinner were delicious and served promptly even though the Riad was full. The family were so helpful - even giving us a lift into the village with our bags when we were setting off on our trek. I would recommend the Riad as a wonderful place to stay for couples, families, groups or solo travellers"

"Arrived at night which was magical with a star studded sky and candlelit pathways to the various tents. We were lucky to have tent 26 which is on the far edge of the camp. Food at dinner was wonderful; delicious and authentic. Hot water bottles were provided at night, although we were really snug in our tent and didn’t really need them. Bottled water provided by the bed. Everywhere spotlessly clean. We took a walk around the area in the morning and there are plenty of activities on offer including horse training, camel rides, quad bikes, ping pong, badminton and two inviting swimming pools. There’s even a Garden of Intention’ which had vines and succulents. Lots of areas to sit and relax. Fantastic choice and quality of food at breakfast. The staff were wonderful but it felt they were a little stretched as we waited a while to have our coffees topped up. They were doing their best. Would be better to give people a pot to help themselves. We stayed 1 night but there’s enough here for 2 nights."

"A very unique property! We stayed for three nights and had an amazingly relaxing time. Staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The food was absolutely delicious and we ate under the stars by the pool every evening. If you want to chill out completely, then stay at this hotel. Will definitely be back. "

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Marrakech. Everything was just perfect the service, the rooms. It’s an ideal place to take some time off and recharge away from the chaos of a big city. The staff, especially Soufean and Salma, were absolutely wonderful warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made the stay special. The only thing to note is that you’ll need a car or taxi to get around, but the hotel always arranges transportation for you, so it’s never an issue. Overall, it’s a truly peaceful and beautiful place I couldn’t recommend it more. A perfect escape. "
