Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted.」

「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is...

「Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e siamo rimasti pienamente entusiasti. La struttura è eccellente, pulitissima e dotata di ottimi servizi che rendono il soggiorno super confortevole. A fare la differenza sono state le proprietarie: due persone di una gentilezza d'altri tempi, incredibilmente accoglienti e davvero disponibili ad andare incontro a ogni nostra minima esigenza con il sorriso. Un'attenzione verso l'ospite che si trova raramente. Consigliatissimo!」

「This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.」

「Lovely Characterful property in heart of Lucca. The staff were very helpful and quick to move us to a different room due to plumbing issues . The breakfast was good with a variety of choices . We were in good walking range to tourist sites and also very close to a very good pizza takeaway !」
