「The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space. 「We had an excellent stay. The only problem we had during our stay was with an ant infestation in our room. We were moved to another room efficiently by the staff and then enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you for an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn, Albufeira」

The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「It’s always exciting and a pleasure staying at W Hotels. What we have noticed however is the least available options for non-Pork eaters at breakfast. We believe there being perhaps options such as chicken/beef sausages as opposed to only Pork..?! The house keeping was fantastic, aside from staff moving one or two of my wife’s items from where she originally left them (Nothing majorly serious 🙂).. With that said, we had a wonderful experience at The W and would most definitely comeback...
