"Fast check-in with friendly staff, room clean BUT very uncomfortable at night when AC unit not working properly on a day/night that was hot & humid in Southern California. Set the unit at 67 degrees instead of the normal 70 degrees when I went to bed at midnight. Room did not cool off stayed warm at 78 degrees which got me no sleep! Recommend checking AC unit when you walk in your room."

"The rooms are large with enough space for the whole family. Nice separate rooms each had their own bathroom one with a walk in shower the other with a bathtub. Very quiet at night so able to get a good nights sleep. "

"Breakfast and parking were good. The room not so good. The refrigerater smelled bad. The ceiling fan only had one speed...slow. The air unit had the buttons worn out and had to press and guess how the unit worked. The staff were very nice. Location was great. "

"Professional Staff, Property was awesome. Starbucks is across the street 5 min casual walk. Next trip to Redondo Beach/Torrance this is where we will be staying. "

"I never stayed and I've been trying to get assistance with my refund that they claim they released they of checking. The property looks like it's under construction I have pictures and videos of plaster and black mold and for starters we're talking about that room and the second option they gave me. The chain lock was hanging from the wall the block was broke on the door sometimes the door locked sometimes the door would never unlock which means the door was mechanical and non-operative. We left we never stayed."
