"We had a few issues unfortunately. We were placed in a room that was facing the super busy street and all night the straight pipes, ambulances and sirens prevented me from having a good night sleep. Then the hot water didn’t work at all it was terrible taking a shower in the morning at best the water was tepid and it would go from tepid to cold and that was unpleasant. However having said that the wonderful staff at front desk compensated me for the issues. They are very good at trying to appease situation so very customer oriented."

"We stayed 3 nights with breakfast included which was a mixture of continental and cooked items so something for everyone - no excuse to leave hungry. We had a small issue in our room upon checking in and maintenance attended within 15 minutes, subsequently followed up by reception to make sure we were satisfied. Walk to Eaton Shopping Centre and Mirvish Theatre takes approx 15 minutes. As an aside, we would recommend the small cafe (Ravis) opposite the hotel as their soups and wraps were fantastic."
