First it needs to be stated that this is a university residence, not a hotel -- if you want the whole luxury hotel experience (spa, gym, room service, chocolate on your pillow, etc) this isn't the place to stay. But if you just want a comfortable bed and a quiet, private room, this is ideal.
The bed was certainly comfortable, and the rooms (and the whole residence) is clean and tidy. A wardrobe and dresser is provided, as well as a desk (it's a student residence, after all). There are washrooms on each floor (with showers), and guests have access to a kitchen and the laundry room.
This is probably the least expensive place to stay in Toronto (other than a hostel, where rooms are shared with others) -- in fact, the price is exceptional.
The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and ready to answer any questions.
When and if I come to Toronto again, I will absolutely be staying here.
