I Was there after my knee surgery and the Hotel staff treated me very well. From offering me the surgical soap as I arrived to having the medical aids already set up in the room. I was very impressed. They brought me a few bags of ice for the ice machine. Therefore, I was very happy with the Hotel. I would stay again.

Breakfast was very basic. Room was clean but there was a weird smell in the room. Bed was comfortable. Nice sofa. Kitchen was very nice. This is my second year booking with Residence Inn for Anime North and it is by far my most favourite hotel to stay at. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We always look forward to the wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Thank you to all staff (front desk, housekeeping/laundry, breakfast bar staff, etc) for all the hard work you do for ensuring everyone has a lovely stay.

This place is amazing! We booked 6 mos prior Highly recommended. The room we rented looks like an apartment,dishes are available in suite,stove,fridge.2 rooms arw separated for privacy with washroom in each.Parking space is convinient.Customer service is very friendly. A Jacuzzi would be nice near the pool,but we will definitely be back.
