Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the check-in location was a bit difficult to find — I had to call the staff to get the exact directions.

I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions. Large units, nicely renovated, always clean and smells fresh upon entry. Also, extremely close to the highway. Definitely a hidden gem!

Everything about this property is perfect and a bonus is the game centre, I have recommended friends and they have stayed here as well and love the place. All its need's now is a swimming pool, other then that this place is worth the stay.

I definitely would stay and recommend this property to family and friends. I actually have already to a couple travelers. My only annoyance was waiting to receive the code to complete my 4pm check in on the he app. I had to call them and leave messages until I finally got an answer. That set me off schedule by 1hr which they made up for so it was kool. The apparent is spacious and clean. Minimal and modern, which I like. The white and grey esthetic made the space feel bigger but not cold. Speaking of…it’s time for some warmth in that place we were cold in the night, geese! Still no major complaints, kitchen and washrooms were nice spacious and clean. Good parking right in front, perfect!!!👌 10/10 will recommend to a friend. 👍

Hotel sent email instructing me to email them with copy of ID to receive check-in instructions. I did so but received no response. Emailed again, no response. Called 6 times, no answer or response. Called Expedia for help, and was told there would be people at the front desk. “Front Desk” turned out to be an arcade. Just … YUCK! Front bedroom is on ground floor of heavily-lit strip mall. No bedside lamps or outlets.

I loved the property so much. It was clean and had awesome amenities. I loved that I could do my laundry anytime and it felt like I was home. The contact property responded to all my needs immediately. What can be improved: add cleaning mop and broom to property. I was there for a week and wouldn’t have minded having those to sort out some cleaning here and there . Overall, cozy property!

Do not stay here. Its a commercial unit thats been converted into "hotels" at the back of an apartment building near a Circle K- where you'll pick up your a key from an attendant if the "play store" next door is closed. This attendant will give you no instructions on how to get to your room, so you'll call a manager who informs you they attempted to charge your card although the expedia booking indicates you'll pay at the property. Once in the room, it is freezing cold (63*) but the furnace is locked. A door at the back of the unit however, is unlocked and leads to a commercial hallway that staff indicated "can't be open from the outside", which was untrue when I tested it. There's no fan in the bathroom, housekeeping, cutlery, or laundry. Oh, and you'll get a text message requesting payment via an etransfer two hours before you should check out. Staff seem confused as to why you need an actual invoice and reciept for reimbursement, and there's no debit machine so you have to provide personal details like your 3 digit code to staff members.

This is a great concept. Units are nicely decorated and clean. However, the check in & communication system is terrible. The communication from the property after booking was completely inaccurate. We were asked to send our ID by email, but don't even know if anyone received it or how it was being used. This is a security concern for us. The booking response email from the property could have made it much easier for us to check in if it was clear and accurate. Our room was the one right next to the arcade, so some noise and vibrations come through the wall (does end at 10pm though). We had some people walking around outside our door, taking selfies which made us a little uneasy - is there security on site?? No one answered the phone when we called the property. The one person we finally found in the arcade was very helpful but overwhelmed and busy with arcade business. The heat in our room didn't work (thermostat is locked with a key), so we spent the night at 15 degree celsius - FREEZING. We didn't feel there was anyone we could call to help us out. This place could be great with some easy communication improvements.

The house looked new, interesting layout and fairy clean except for dirty dishes in dishwasher. Kitchen was lacking dishes, silverwear and cooking utensils for a family 4. There were 2 mugs, no drinking glasses, 1 serving spoon, no plates, no dishwasher soap, no dish soap, not enough washcloths,no garbage pails only recycling pails,no instructions how to work TV or thermostat. Dead batteries in remote.In the second bedroom there was no end table or any table to put eyeglasses on or phones. And the door transition lip was about 2 or so inches high, which made a tripping hazard.
