「其中一間房間空調不夠，酒店設計比較傳統，整體尚算不錯。 地理位置也很方便，附近亦有便利店、咖啡店。如果第一次來北京，帶著老人家和孩子，是一個不錯的選擇！」

「Good location Good hotel Will come back again」

「You can enjoy a beautiful sunset at the hotel rooftop bar, the hotel is situated in the centre of the city so it is very convenience to explore the city. If you feel tired, you can try peninsula massage and spa, it was really good. However, our highlight is their staff! The staffs in Peninsula Beijing have gone above and beyond to assist our stay. 「Hotel is in an alley and not very convenient Front lobby is non-existent, and the rooms are VERY SMALL!!! Photos and actual rooms are very far apart NOT RECOMMENDED!!!」

「The hotel did an unauthorized charge a week before the arrival. Moreover, it was supposed to be "reserve now pay later". It took us much time and effort to stop the charge with the credit card company. The front desk staff, especially the one who did the check-in, was unprofessional and unfriendly. Many things didn't seem right about this hotel...too many...and it's supposed to be under IHG. The only thing that we were happy about was the breakfast. The room side and facilities were a disaster....

「Very satisfied with our stay, travelled with family. We booked a room with washing machine and stove/microwave/fridge. Very convenient location, few mins walk to shopping mall and metro. A lot of food places and convenience stores nearby. Also received nail polish and lashes extension treatment downstairs beauty salon. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed and massive bathroom. Always ordered food delivery and have robots delivered up. Easy communication with staff via WeChat.」
