I have stayed at this particular location a few different times and the rooms have been clean both stays. Overall, this hotel is very nice and it is clean. The only issue I had was I wanted a room with a view of the city and they gave me a room facing the new hotel there building and i fell like you shouldnt have to pay for parking at this location really no need the parking lot is part of the hotel

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was so comfortable. Check-in and out was easy. Hotel parking lot is under a bit of construction so had to access the hotel from the rear which was a bit inconvenient as I arrived after 1:00 am. Other than that ai had an excellent stay

Good hotel, but not excellent. The staff is really nice and helpful and the shuttle from/to the airport was really useful. The main problem was that the breakfast was in the nearby restaurant and he doesn’t have lots if choices.

Inn is average as expected. It is going through continued renovations and is a mixture of 70's decore with updates here and there. Staff is very nice and texted numerous times asking how my week long stay was going. Parking was not free and no breakfast vouchers provided unless booked "correctly". The attached Perkins restauant was excellent (both service & food) and not busy all the time. Room was clean with fresh paint but as mentioned mixed with 70's wallpaper, rug, etc. My only complaint would be that the toilet was very loose and when I checked out they said they would have fixed it sooner but I just dealt with it so that it is on me.

First rate

The stay was great. Two of us taking in Blue Jay games, stayed here took the free shuttle to Pearson and the UP train to Union and Rogers Center. All staff were great and friendly/helpful. Rooms were clean, free breakfast included was better than expected. Perkins restaurant had good portions and well priced, service there was also first rate. Easily would stay again. Nadine on checkout day was very helpful and informative. Randy
