"Great views from our 27th floor garden view room! The bed was vast the bathtub was deep. Nice large space with chairs and a small table."

"We (3 of us) stayed for 8 nights, the staff were amazing and helpful! We utilized the laundry room (2 washers and 2 dryers) twice located on the 4th floor and never had to wait! Appreciated the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided in the shower! Free bottles of water and slippers in the room every day was a nice touch! Beds and pillows were comfortable! We loved the balcony off our room as well! Little space for 3 people living out of suitcases plus all of our purchases but we knew that going in! And wished we had a better view from the 9th floor, but completely understandable. 5 Stars! Would stay here again!"

"The double room for me and my husband was so small! We are not big people but we both struggled to get in and out of the toilet. Also, there was no room for 2 large suitcases in the room, we had no choice but to block the entrance off (which isn’t safe in an emergency). Rooms in Japan are small, we had been in 3 other hotels prior but this took the mic. Also the decor was very outdated from the 90s and no view from window."

"Amazing amazing amazing - the Mizu suite was beautiful, cosy, spacious (even with the sofa bed pulled out). They have the best club lounge, the best food, the best service. Staff were all warm and friendly and super helpful. Would 10/10 recommend and will very likely stay again when we’re in Tokyo."

"The property location was superb! Very close to the subway station (as in you can see the front of the hotel as you exit the station!). Loads of interesting places surrounding the hotel like the Hie-jinja Shrine (with it’s own set of Kyoto-esque red Tori gates but less crowded!), The Diet building, and the Imperial Palace….we covered all these in less than 2 hours because they are all walkable from this hotel! We stayed here for 6 days and uses it as our base. From here, we took days out to Kamakura and had a tour to see Mt. Fuji. We also found it easy to travel to different parts of Tokyo from this hotel. Just FYI, the room we had was small….cozy….no wardrobes so we had to keep out luggages under the bed…but my hubby and I were okay with this. The hotel also has an onsen although I did not have time to try it….maybe next time on our return trip. Breakfast was good…combination of Japanese and continental. We liked having breakfast in our Japan hotels because it meant being able to start the day early without much faffing and cover as much ground per day as possible!! "
