Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quite clean and we found it worked well for us. It is a little out of the way from central Tokyo, but there’s a train station a few min walk away so it’s still quite convenient. Checking in and out was also seamless.

Overall a good stay. Plenty of restaurants and train station within minutes walk from the hotel. Cleanliness however needs some improvement as there was mold spots in showers, dust build up on exhaust fans in showers, long hairs in my room when both myself and brother have very short hair. Other than that it was a great stay hence the 4 star.

I loved the convenience of the area in proximity to a lively area of Tokyo! I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside.

Great place for a cheap stay

The hotel room was clean, had a good amount of space and the amenities were nice. The only downside was one of the beds seemed to have a support bar that could be uncomfortable in certain positions. Considering the price I paid, this was more than expected.

I stayed for a total of 11 nights. It was a great experience. My only complaint is due to the other guests being too loud. Although that is not the property’s fault. The showers had mold issues due to poor ventilation. Otherwise, everything else was great for the price that and location. I would stay here again.

Affordable and handy place to stay. If you are looking for a quick stay after arriving at Haneda airport, it’ll be a great option. Taxi costs around ¥3,700 from the airport. Easy check in and out. The bathroom and shower are not the cleanest and I personally didn’t like sticky door handles. However, some amenities are provided and it’s comfortable enough to stay.

街に慣れていなかったため、目的の「スクエアビル」がどこか分からず隣の「オーパス２」に入ろうとしてしまいました。建物入口にもう少し大きめの看板や掲示物があるとわかりやすいかなと思いました。 部屋に入るまでに必要な情報はメールでいただけたのですが、建物入口はスクエアビル右奥→エレベーターで上がる→2階オートロック入口を入る→靴を脱ぐ→右側のシューズボックスから鍵を取る→部屋の鍵を開けて入る、といった実際の動作と情報を結びつけるのにちょっと戸惑いました。どこの入口？土足禁止はどこから？シューズボックスってどれ？と悩んでウロウロしてしまったので、一つ一つの場所に「（大きめの）表示」があると助かります。 オートロック入口の内部は非常にきれいで快適です。ダイニングキッチンは明るく暖かく空調も24時間効いていました。夜間トイレに行く時も安心しました。キッチンで調理はしませんでしたが、食材以外の必要な物は一通りそろっていたと思います。お茶やコーヒーバッグもありました。 部屋の中もきれいで十分な広さがあり快適でした。テレビやエアコンはありますし、バスタオルや歯ブラシのアメニティはありがたかったです。 外の音（車・よっぱらい）や隣室者の生活音は、同居者がいる自宅での生活音と同じくらいの感覚でした。音の他、物品利用についても配慮し合えれば問題ないと思います。 例えば初日にトイレを利用したのですが、トイレ周囲に尿はね（こぼれ）がありました。事前にスリッパを履いていたので素足で踏むことは避けられたのですが、ショッキングでした。（トイレットペーパーが三角折されていたので、清掃直後に使った方の次で私が遭遇したと思います） いずれにしても周辺の宿泊施設に比べて、このサービスでこの価格なら全く不満はありません。ぜひまた利用させていただきたいと思います。
