I traveled here with my two children. This was a fantastic stay. They were so welcoming when we got there and helpful. The location is perfect for sight seeing the temples and great shopping!! Totally recommend this place and I’ll definitely come back!!

Room was large enough for two checked bags to be open with space to move around. AC works very well and staff provided new towels and water every day. Laundry machines take some time to run ~3 hours and hotel is a 15 min walk from closest subway station. Staff was able to book a taxi for us and accepted our luggage from transfer service.

It would be helpful to have a way to monitor the laundry area to know if machines are available. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was situated close to many shops and restaurants.

Good hotel, within a five minute walk from the busy area of Asakusa. Has a nice ramen restaurant on the corner (less than a minute away.) Had laundry facilities, but I didn't use them, but nice they are there. The door is a bit puzzling the first time you arrive as it looks like a wall.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. Many restaurants are close by. We didn’t realize that hotel rooms in Japan, not uniquely this one, are quite small compared to American hotel rooms. This was small for having an infant.

The rooms are a little small so be mindful of the square ft. This hotel only had two laundry machines so it did tend to get busy during the late night. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The room had a strong musty smell, and both the couch and rug were noticeably dirty. The bathroom was extremely small and difficult to move around in, and our bathtub was clogged. The hotel was also somewhat hidden and farther from nearby attractions than expected, which required extra walking. Another inconvenience was that the air conditioning only stayed on if the room key was left inserted in the light switch. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, due to the cleanliness issues, uncomfortable room setup, and location, we would not stay here again.
