Absolutely fantastic stay at this place. Location is great and central. You can walk to akihabara! lots of good dining options around. Super clean and everything worked. Loved the location (close to major shopping and sightseeing spots), although it will get crowded during rush hour on weekdays as it’s located in the CBD area after all. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Room layout is pretty much like any other business hotel, and cleaning service was great. I appreciated that they provided an extension chord in the room as my travel adapter was too bulky to fit into the bedside/table outlets. Many food options around the area which I wish I had more time to try out! Theres also a drugstore near the station for last minute shopping/household goods/snacks. Will definitely head back to stay again!

We stayed for 5 nights in the Sotetsu Fresa Inn and it was great. The staff were kind, helpful and made us feel welcome at all times. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was tasty and location was really convenient. Little touches like assisting with check-in, being able to borrow umbrellas and amenities available at reception really made our stay a joy. The breakfast was quite good. It was a European style buffet breakfast and had a variety of options. The bedroom was comfortable, the bed was big and the bath was clean.
