1st, the hotel is no reception, only provide an video call reception at lobby but not at room. It is inconvenience for guest to go down lobby if any query on services.
2nd, the hotel safety is concerned. The room door password is the last 4 digits of the guests mobile number. it isn’t allowed guest to change the password. Moreover, no password is required for lift going to rooms floor. Any one can easily go in the hotel without supervision.
3rd, the reception services needed to improve. I was told to put the used towels outside the room door for replacement. But turn out only the used towels were collected, no replacement when back to hotel at night. I have to go down lobby calling reception to check it, regretfully the reception tried to excuse no replacement was received even I told her I were told to do so. This is somewhat ridiculers that why guests put the used towels outside the room door? Isn’t is a common senses for replacement?
All in all the basic services is poor.
