Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I really enjoyed my stay overall; the place was lovely and had such a cute atmosphere. I also greatly appreciated the great location, the pleasant neighborhood, and the sense of security the building provided. However, I would like to bring a few issues to your attention regarding cleanliness. Unfortunately, there was a very strong odor coming from both the towels and the washing machine. Because of this, I was unable to use the washing machine, and it made using the towels quite uncomfortable. I hope you can look into this, as a little more attention to these details would make for an even better experience for future guests. Thank you again, and I wish you all the best.
