房間乾淨舒適，大小在日本來說算很大間，還有一間更衣室可以曬衣服，洗衣機、廚房設備也很齊全。走去地鐵站不會很遠，從新宿坐公車到公寓門口大概20分鐘。缺點是附近的地鐵-中野富士見町，大部分的地鐵要在中野坂上轉車，才能去新宿，有時候要花點時間等車。

整體尚可。 1.旁邊有一個停車場（Times)，自駕的好選擇 2.對面有一家庭餐廳（喬納森）不錯吃，開到晚上2點，晚上回到住宿地肚子餓的話可以去吃。 3.出門口右轉200公尺有一間7-eleven,很方便。 4.沒斜坡可推行李至電梯處，如果有大行李的，你的雙手要很夠力。 5.床鋪太軟，感覺裡面的彈簧會隨時跑出來。 6.床鋪底下灰塵多，而且還有前個住客留下的東西。 綜上所述，整體尚可

We spent four night here and the room and amenities were very clean and well located. A very short level walk to nearest station and short train ride to Shinjuku. Very easy to get around from here. The room was ideal for our family of four and we would stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with local food options across street and nearby.

This was no frills place to stay while in Tokyo. It was a good location close to a train station and bus stop. Highly recommended. Note you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

Room was fine, no space for luggage except for under beds or closet. No dryer so if you’re planning on washing, do it two days before because it will take that amount of time for clothes to dry. Would’ve appreciated an early notice on the 9:00pm quietness/downtime in the Rules and Regulations. My family and I love to play cards and laugh but were worried we would get reported. Otherwise it’s a nice place, great cafes and close to train stations.

Our room does not match with the photo posted on the ad. The electrical cooking stove was not connected to any electrical outlet. We have to reshuffle some extension cords to make it work. The toilet and bathroom have unbearable smell when the ventilation is turned off.

The room is big enough for a family of 5. Location is good - only one bus ride to Shibuya. I am happy with the amenities. It would have been nice if a dryer is included but I am not complaining. Smooth check in and check out process. Definitely recommended.
