The staff were very accommodating and polite. The room was very clean, inexpensive, and perfect for 1-2 people to stay in. The hotel is situated perfectly near all the action in Shinjuku. Will definitely be staying here again.
Everything was perfect, as pictured. The building is a little all but everything worked perfect, was super clean. The area is residential Shinjuku, so ia not as chaotic as Kabukicho. Would recomend and stay here again.
Thank you!
Old but comfortable. Everything was clean except the windows that were very dusty. Fantastic staff & service. Great value for money in a busy city. Quiet room. I would visit again.
Clean and comfortable room if a little dated! A very unusual hotel setup - up 2 floors across a bridge to a new building then up another 3 floors to my room.
Stayed here for 3 nights and everything went perfectly, hotel is in a quiet zone away from kabukicho so it’s perfect for coming home after a long night out, highly recommend!
Very nice location near by two Metro stations I was staying 10 days they clean change towels every single day I was stayed Hotel atmosphere was very nice there is free gift comb and leather they provided to customers. I am highly recommended this Hotel .
The Hotel served its purpose well given the affordable cost. Essentials were given (toothbrush, shampoo, etc.), lobby was kind and offered an umbrella when it rained
This is one of my favorite stays. Everyone was professional at this incredible hotel. Rooms are bigger then most of the ones I stayed in Europe. Everything was near to this hotel.
Great hotel in an amazing location!
This was the first hotel we stayed in, and couldn't believe how close we were to the heart of Shinjuku, it took 5-10 mins to get to the main Shinjuku area. What's great is that you're also far enough away to leave the madness there so it was really quiet when we wanted it to be.
You have every Konbini nearby, as well as a lot of great restaurants as well.
The room was small, but you can get by in it easy enough. Very clean and tidy, and had every thing you needed in there! Once you organise the space to how you need, the smaller size isn't an issue.
Staff were very helpful when we needed them, but we barely had to speak to them as everything was clean, tidy, and sorted the entire time!

The staff here a very kind and helpful. They try to tend to your needs as best as possible. I came here
We only stayed here for one night but had no issues.
It’s far enough away from the shopping area that you can’t hear it but not too far to walk. It’s also only about a 5 minute walk to the underground for Shinjuku-Sanchome station, this doesn’t always appear as an option on Google maps.
The room was clean although quite small but we didn’t have suitcases with us so didn’t mind.
The staff were so lovely! We were able to borrow an umbrella when it rained and leave our luggage in the lobby before check in.
Overall I’d recommend staying at this hotel and if we ever return we’d definitely stay here again.
I’d highly recommend taking a walk to Gyoen National garden, a lovely walk with traditional Japanese gardens and only cost about £2 to get in. We were in there for about an hour but didn’t feel like it.

Stay in Shinjuku, Tokyo
The space was good for a hotel in Shinjuku Tokyo. Had the basic amenties like hair dryer, hair shampoo&conditioner and body wash, replacement toothbrushes and tooth paste etc. The problem was the small bathroom and the over tuned shower head that felt like a power washer when using it. It's ok hotel but there are better.
Stayed for a short 1 day trip, but will definitely consider it again. It is centrally located in the Heart of Shinjuku, within walking distance of Hanazono Shrine, Golden Gai and Kabuki Cho

Dated, but cosy
The hotel feels dated, but cosy. Helpful staff. Excellent for short term stays. Located near Shinjuku "party district", but never heard that much noise. About a 5 minute walk to nearest subway station. Would stay here again.
This was a fine hotel, very similar to other Tokyo hotels (like Apa and LiveMax) in terms of how the room was designed. The hotel itself was a little older than those more modern hotels, though this wasn't a problem as it was still quiet and clean. No problems or complaints, but it didn't blow me away, and I reserve 5 stars for places that amaze me.

Hotel has an easy 24 jours entry and is very well located. But for foreigner sensibilities be aware that the futons are thins so if you are not used to sleep on them they can be inconfortable.
