Room is tiny if travelling with suitcases but doable. Comfortable enough. Staff were absolutely amazing and kind. Location is quiet and 7-10 min walk from different transit lines. They have laundry on site. Some amenities but not as much as other hotels. Highly recommend.

I didn't have breakfast there because i wanted to try 711 that is just beside hotel. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.10 mins walking to Akasaka station and from there you can go everywhere ( shibuya, oneu, ginza, and .....) 15 mins. I like how they say goodbye when you leave the hotel and that was my favorite and always watch them.
