脱衣所がなくて少し不便ですが、他は大丈夫です。 2号館に比べ、駅までは少し歩きますが、小竹向原も中板橋も同じくらいの距離にあり、使い分けがしやすいです。 個室は少し高めですが、気を使わなくていいので快適です。

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service/directions: Confusing address, taxi driver ended up calling our host for directions. Not sure what she said but he drove around in circles before calling her again. This happened two more times until during the last call when she kept asking me for my name and then hung up. We ended up asking the taxi driver to just let us out since the meter was running so high. 10 minutes after getting out, we found a sign for the hotel but it was the third hall instead of the first hall. However this host refused to give us any directions, only to read the email again and get a different taxi (despite telling her we had difficulty communicating with taxi drivers in Japanese.) She still didn't give us any other directions besides saying "it was on the other side". When we asked if she could call us a taxi, she said "No" and that "they're probably on the streets". It took us half an hour to find a taxi that would stop since it was on such a busy intersection. Our second taxi still had trouble finding the hotel but eventually dropped us off a ten minutes walk away from it. Our host said she would follow up with us via email but never did. I don't even know what she looked like. Our room was also very dirty/dusty, there was tape holding up the bunk beds and gum on the bottom of the top bunk. Overall, I've stayed in hostels before and this was by far my worst experience (and this is after seeing bloody mattress stains at a different hostel).

飾りか何か知りませんが画鋲で止めてあったものが朝起きたら落ちてきていて、画鋲が枕元にありました...。 またアメニティが他のホテルなどに比べて不十分かなあと思いました。まあ値段も値段ですしね。

泊まるところがなくて困りました。

結局泊まれませんでした。道に迷って12時過ぎるとお電話したのですが、ほかのお客様の迷惑になるからということで、お断りされました。泊まるところも電車もなくて、お金も戻って来ないし本当に最悪でした。泣けてきました。電話を入れるお客には、もう少し融通きかせてもいいのではないかと思いました。まあ自業自得ですが。

女子寮の一部屋

屋根裏部屋のような天井の低い部屋で、床は少し埃っぽく本当に寝るだけに使うならいいかなと思います。 また立地も駅から遠く15分ほど歩きました。 個室だったので1泊4000円しましたが、それなら今後はカプセルホテルを使おうと思いました。

いまいちで残念

セキュリティはしっかりしていたと思う 表示より駅から歩きました。 カプセルホテルと比較して 値段と個室に魅力を感じて使いました アパートを区切った様な部屋でした 部屋も汚くて、共同のトイレ、シャワー室、キッチンも不衛生に感じました。 お湯を沸かしたかったのですが、躊躇しました。 長期滞在？住んでる？人かわからないけど 裸足で歩いたりしてましたが、、、 一番悲しかったのは、部屋にテレビがあると書いてありましたが。 置いてあったのはモニターのようなものでチャンネル設定ができていない。アンテナコードも抜けていて冷蔵庫の下に潜ってきたり、、、 オーナーさんからはメールが届いていたので連絡しましたが、返事はくるものの 対応はメールだけだったので結局見れず、、、オリンピック見たかったのに。 Wi-Fiの入りも悪いです。 値段で決める方には良いかもしれませんが 快適さを求めるのであれば、カプセルの方が良いと思います

”泊まるだけ”にはおすすめです！

女子寮の一室を間借りする感覚で、一般のホテルとは異なります。 ホテルにあるようなアメニティや設備はないということを踏まえていれば 特別不便さも感じず、おすすめです。 水回りは一階にまとまっているので、 個人用冷蔵庫、洗面台がないことは念頭に置いた方がいいと思います。 私は、遅くまで飲み会→翌朝早くから外出で 滞在時間が短かったので、コスパがよく、ニーズにはぴったりでした！

Not 10 minutes walk away from the station.

It's very far away from the station. I walked with a Japanese friend and he thought it was very dishonest for them to lie and say it's a 10 minute walk. It's a very old house. Make one step and you'll wake the entire house and everyone in it. Says it's fully aircounditioned but not in the rooms. The air conditioning is in the hallway, this means you need to leave your door open if you wanna feel the cold air. I came in August when it's really hot so I had to keep my door open all the time. I didn't like it at all. All my Japanese friends had a hard time finding where I lived. They all agreed it's no 10 minute walk. More like 30.

「東京では部屋料金が軒並み高い日に、わりと便利な地域で安く泊まれました♪」

私としては、東京で軒並み部屋代が高い日に安く（５０００円以内で）泊まれることが重要でしたので、「個室」で落ち着いて過ごせましたし、満足しました。経済的に安く済ませたい時などに、また利用してもいいなと思いました。 建物はすごく古いわけでもありませんが、新しくもないですし、寮のような形式になっていて、おそらく長期で滞在する方々もいらして、そういう意味では「生活感」があります。お風呂や台所など、特に共有のスペースは、ホテルのように隅々まで行き届いたようなキレイさは望めません。人によ っては、不快感を感じるかもしれません。「新しい」とか「キレイ」を求めている方には向かないかもしれません。 ですが、そういうことに関して大目に見られる方で、とにかく東京で安く泊まりたい（「カプセル」などでなく）という方にはお勧めです。トイレや洗面所やお風呂などが共有になりますが、「個室」があり、鍵もかかります。ちなみに、「キレイさ」の点では、新しくはありませんが、個室はまったく問題なく感じました。 管理人の方がとても親切で、宿泊とは関係なかったのですが、事情で私自身では連絡がつかなくなってしまっていた友人との連絡にも 気持ちよく協力してくださり、とても助かり、有難かったです。その他にも、何度か分からないことを問い合わせさせていただいたのですが、その都度、親切に対応していただきました。 以下、「ホテルの評価」に関する補足です。 「安さ」（特に、他のホテルが軒並み高額な日程で）を考慮した上での評価です。管理人の方は大変親切でよい方ですが、マイナス１点は、「常駐ではない」という点です。友人に勧めるかどうかですが、そんなに安さを求めてない友人には向かないかもしれません。 ですが、私がそうだったように、他のホテルでは部屋代が高過ぎる週末などに、とにかく安く「個室に」泊まりたいという方々にはお勧めできると思います。「総合評価」は、人によっては共有スペースが微妙な印象になりそうな点を差し引いて、「３」にしました。個人的には、安さのことを考えれば「４」でもいいくらいです。「キレイさ」に対して求める度合いなどによって、「満足度」に違いが出ると思います。私は満足でした。

Do not stay here

Clean up is slow and the manager is rude. She kept telling me I was wrong and the room was clean even though the room clearly looked used and full of clothes. She said clean up was slow even though it's been an hour since check in. Then quickly changed her mind and said she checked the room yesterday and it was clean... No horrible place, in the middle of no where, do not book this place.

Accommodation bon marché, acceptable étant donné le prix. Pour le prix d'un lit dans un dortoir, on a quand même une chambre fermée à clé où on peut laisser ses affaires en sécurité. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas luxueux. Le seul gros inconvénient est de ne pas avoir de climatisation, ni même un ventilateur. Les explications fournies pour arriver jusqu'au bâtiment sont peu claires, j'ai cherché longtemps avant de le trouver.
