Everyone is nice I had no issues since I was only staying here to sleep and spent most of the time exploring the rooms were clean staff was friendly everything was fine you'll have no issues here.

The rooms are really old. Nothing was properly deep cleaned. The walls and furniture had stains. I got myself a smoking room by mistake and the smell was really horrible. I tried to change rooms, with which the staff was helpful but couldn’t coordinate it in the end. Most staff doesn’t speak English (which is a thing there) so any quick conversation or question turns into a long Google Translate back and forth.

床に金髪ミディアムや黒髪ロングなどなど、髪の毛が何種類も、かなりたくさん落ちていました。シングル部屋なのに。掃除機を置いておいてくれれば自分で掃除したい状態でした。 持参のスリッパ裏やカバンの底に付いてしまい凄かった。 電気ポットも注ぎ口に白い水垢びっしりで、自前の歯磨きセットは持ち歩いてるので、普段使わないアメニティの歯ブラシと歯磨きペーストで出来るだけ磨いて。 コップには油膜拭い跡が残ってるし(拭って終了？)、空気清浄機の加湿タンク蓋は黒カビ？汚れ、シャワーカーテンは垢臭く、部屋も備品も全体的に汚い。 2階だったのもあり、外の騒音が深夜まで、工事や歩行者のお喋り(深夜帯は酔っ払いの大きな喋り声)が聞こえてきて寝辛い部屋でした。ホテル目の前が交差点なので、信号待ちでのお喋りが一定間隔で波が来る立地。 wifiも弱いです。夜はネット重くて繋がらず。 赤坂でかなり安く泊まれたのは感謝ですが、掃除道具(掃除機、ダスター、食器洗い用品辺り)を置いておいて欲しいレベル。 リブマックスは、どこ行ってもホコリ積もってて清潔さは無いですが(ベッド下はゴミ溜め状態)、4箇所泊まった中でも結構酷い方に感じました。 ペット同伴できて安いのは大変感謝ながら、キツイ状態だったので改善されたら良いなと。

窓のさんやベットヘッドのさんなど拭き掃除が行き届いてなくホコリが気になった。お風呂の排水溝にも汚れが溜まってる 全体的には改装されててキレイに見えるがクレンリネスに課題あり

すごく便利な場所にあって、部屋も狭いけれど使いやすいです。 ただ掃除が行き届いていなくて埃が溜まっている箇所がありました。連泊だったのでフロントの方にお願いすると、次の日はきれいになっていました。ありがとうございます。ただシャワーカーテンが端の方がボロボロになってになっているほど古く、そこに垢が溜まっていてギョッとしました（シャワーカーテンは使っていません）

赤坂hotel live max 住後感

地理位置不錯，職員服務態度非常好，去涉谷，或鬧市只需20分鐘，交通方便，步行至赤坂站只須10分鐘內。唯一需要改善是，晚上1100後沒有職員駐守，如需協助，要步行到附近另一赤坂grande 酒店。另外一點是房間沒有提供room cleaning ，須要自理。
